The Team
Stuart Drysdale - DIRECTOR
Previously a director at a national property firm, over the past 5 years Stuart has been involved in the sale of over £50 million worth of hospitality assets across Scotland and the UK. A qualified chartered surveyor for over 14 years, he has also prepared over 1000 valuations in the hospitality sector and brings with him a wealth of experience and network contacts.
Alex McKie - DIRECTOR
2006 saw Alex establish The Fusion Group of Companies offering marketing consultancy, then progressing to events, hospitality management, property leasing and property ownership. He soon then followed into property development, facilities management and outsourcing, now operating over 1050 rooms and units across Scotland with a further 360 before the summer of 2022. Today, working with some large pension funds and institutional investors has now added the commercial property agency working with Stuart to market bringing his group to 12 companies with a current combined turnover of around £4 million and facilitating around £6 million of sales for third parties.
Neil MacDougall - ASSOCIATE
Neil is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in commercial Building Consultancy across all sectors. Neil cofounded NLM Building Consultancy in 2020, having previously established and built the Professional Services / Building Consultancy arm of Diamond & Co. Chartered Building Surveyors. Neil has extensive experience in commercial Building Surveying and the Built Environment, with particular areas of expertise including predisposal vendor representation, pre-acquisition technical due diligence, building condition surveys, defect analysis, project management/contract administration, principal designer services, and dilapidations representation.
Brian Davidson - NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Between 2018 & 2021, Brian was the Operations Director, Scotland for Star Pubs and Bars, part of HEINEKEN UK, and was also the President of the Scottish Beer & Pub Association ( SBPA). Prior to that, he was Operations Director, Scotland for Punch Taverns since 2012, having joined from William Hill, in a variety of executive roles, both in the UK and mainland Europe across 20 years. In addition, he was the owner of The Cottage Coffee Shop in Greenock from 2012, until he sold it in 2019. He also works for Heroes Drinks, a N4P company, as a pro-bono Non-Exec Director. Married to Lorna, dad to Jack & Ross. Devoted, and therefore unfulfilled, Greenock Morton supporter. Music lover.
